SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Most UK orders are delivered within 2-3 working days once dispatched. Despatch time will be within 1-3 days, stock permitting.

Our deliveries will be packaged with no signage or labels to ensure security for yourself and shipped products. Goods are sent using a trusted courier service as standard. Items are sent to your door.

For large order, we may need to use a pallet delivery service, and there may be a delay. If you place a large order or heavy items, please make sure that you are able to receive delivery by pallet. If you can only receive the delivery by normal delivery then there will be an additional charge for which we will invoice you separately.

We are shipping internationally: cost £150

For purchases made by Cash or Bank Transfer, your order will be sent to any address once your payment has cleared.

Shipping cost are FREE over £150.

For large and extremely heavy orders, there may be an extra charge. You will be notified of the charge before the items are sent and you have the right to cancel the order. 

We reserve the right to decline orders where the items are excessively bulky or difficult to ship.

RETURNS

We can arrange for your items to be uplifted or you can return your items via another postage method. Please note that Urban Grower accepts no responsibility for items that are lost in transit unless they have been uplifted by one of our couriers. If you choose to send your return via another postage method then it is your risk if your item becomes damaged or lost. We recommend that you use a “signed for” and insured delivery method to protect yourself against any loss.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
